Pain & Inflammation Relief


For Bruises and Sprains:
A handful of black seeds (Nigella sativa) is boiled thoroughly in water, which is then used as a bath for the injured area. The area should be soaked for at least 15 minutes or more, gently moving the affected limb.Afterward, the area is massaged with black seed oil, without bandaging or restricting movement. Avoid applying pressure or strain. This treatment should be done before bedtime daily.
For Dizziness and Ear Pain:
One drop of black seed oil is placed in the ear, left for a while, then drained. This should be done regularly, along with massaging the temples and the back of the head. This method helps eliminate dizziness.
For Headaches:
Black seed powder is mixed with an equal amount of finely ground cloves and half the amount of powdered cinnamon. The mixture is combined and taken with yogurt when experiencing a headache. Additionally, the affected area should be massaged with black seed oil.
