For Tonsillitis and Mouth Ulcers:
A decoction of chamomile is used as a gargle three times a day until the condition clears.
For Nasal Congestion, Cold, and Airway Inflammation:
Bay leaf decoction is used as a gargle and can also be inhaled after boiling to help relieve congestion and respiratory inflammation.
For Nasal Congestion and Inflamed Airways:
Chamomile steam inhalation helps relieve sinus and throat inflammation. Add dried chamomile flowers to hot water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale the steam for 10 minutes.
For Sore Throat and Dry Cough:
Chamomile tea combined with lemon and honey soothes irritated throats and eases coughing. Drink warm 2–3 times daily for natural throat and respiratory support.
For Throat Pain and Swelling:
Chamomile infusion can be used as a gentle gargle to reduce inflammation and relieve throat pain. Let the tea cool to lukewarm before use. Repeat several times a day.
