For stomach acidity:

Swallow a clove of garlic on an empty stomach, followed by a cup of milk sweetened with a spoonful of honey for five days. Alternatively, drink plenty of milk as needed, but avoid excessive consumption.

For Constipation:

A cup of cold milk mixed with a spoonful of honey is consumed in the morning and evening. It helps soften the stomach and cleanse it thoroughly.

To Treat Nausea and Vomiting:

Cloves are boiled thoroughly, sweetened with honey, and consumed in a small cup (coffee-sized) before each meal. This helps stop vomiting and prevents nausea.

For Ulcers:

Half a small cup of honey and one cup of hot milk are mixed together with powdered dried banana peels. A spoonful of the mixture is taken morning and evening for one month.

To Treat Bad Breath:

Two large spoons of honey are dissolved in water and brought to a gentle boil until steam forms. The steam is then inhaled through the mouth using a funnel placed over the container. This session is repeated regularly.Additionally, honey wax is chewed like gum. With continued use, you will notice the bad breath gradually disappear over the days.

For Vomiting Relief:

Drink an infusion of kundur (male frankincense) sweetened with raw honey, morning and evening. You can also apply a small amount of the infusion to the upper and lower parts of the navel using a cotton pad—it’s a proven method to calm vomiting.Stick to a light diet of oats, honey, and whole wheat bread for just three days.
